We gave it a go with breathing treatments for a little more than a week, but Littlest One’s cough and stuffy, runny nose is still lingering, so today we went to see the doctor.

After being weekenders at our log cabin on the river, we decided to chuck it all in Toledo and move Up North full time. Now we own Gotts’ Landing Canoe Rental and Trophy Waters Fly Shop near the banks of the beautiful and historic AuSable River. Life Up North is simpler, slower, and a lot dirtier, but we love it.
