It’s week 3 of I am Blissfully Domestic and again, I’m focusing on Blissful Kids. Head on over to BlissDom and tell us how you’re blissfully domestic.

Yesterday was my son’s sixth birthday. I simply can not believe that six years has gone by already. Six years since my first baby was born. *Sigh*
Excuse me while I reminisce for a moment. Here was Little Man the day he was born:

And here he is at six months old:

Now he’s six years old and in kindergarten. He asked if some boys from his class could come over for his birthday, so I made a few phone calls. Yesterday afternoon we had about six boys in our house, running around like a bunch of wild banshees. And I loved every minute of it. I was truly in a state of domestic bliss watching my son have a grand old time with his new kindergarten buddies, the ones he’ll grow up with and form bonds with. I’m really excited for my son as he embarks on his little boy adventures, but part of me wishes he would always be my baby.

Popping on over from BD – Happy birthday to your little man!!!
