Little Miss Throwsafit’s big girl bed

Today was the day Little Miss Throwsafit got her big girl bed. Boy, was converting her crib to a full bed an ordeal. Sheesh, my arms feel like lead weights. But after much frustration and a few choice words thrown in, Danielle and I got it done and it looks great. It’s very girly with a lot of pink. It’s a three year old girl’s dream.

Her room is pretty small so her full bed takes up most of the space, but it doesn’t detract from the cuteness. Or the pink. These are a couple of shots.

Can you say pink meringue?

And it looks great with her very cute flower ceiling fan.

I say this project was a big success. What do you think?

Oh I love this set. My girlfriend did something similiar in her daughter’s room and it was darling. She’ll love that for quite a few years to come, I’m sure! Great find.

Yes, I love it, too. Every time I walk into Little Miss Throwsafit’s room, I smile. I just love the softness of it.

    Kim,

The bed is adorable. I love the bedding, the wall color and I totally noticed the ceiling fan – it’s just as cute as a cupcake! :)

I will be keeping my fingers crossed that you have a smooth transition and no rough nights! :)

Hubs and I got free mulch tonight from the Parks & Rec and we’re both exhausted – it’s a lot of work loading mulch in to garbage cans and then in to your van – but you know, lots of exercise, together time and a pretty front bed – that cost us nothing. See, I guess being the last one in the neighborhood to mulch has its benefits! I’ve got sore arms with you girl. :)

Blessed Sunday to you and the family tomorrow!
