Special Exposure Wednesday

5 Minutes for Special Needs

Well, it seems today is the day for pictures. I love this idea of Special Exposure Wednesday at 5 Minutes for Special Needs, which is dedicated to taking pictures of our special needs children to showcase them as they overcome their special challenges.

Little Miss Throwsafit has speech apraxia, which means she requires a lot of speech therapy. Here she is with her speech/language pathologist, Trish, during a therapy session.

Thank you for sharing! I love therapy pictures- all this is such hard work…but it’s worth it! :)

Love the concentration going on here. When my boys were younger and all three in various stages of multiple therapies, I was always too overwhelmed to think of snapping photos during therapy. Wish I had.

Love having you join Special Exposure Wednesday. And for the record, I’m a bit jealous of your life on the river. We recently moved from the mountains and I’m still pouting. :) (Melody from 5MFSN)

Looks like she’s doing great in therapy! My son also has apraxia, and I’m always glad to find other people experiencing the same issues. I look forward to reading more of your blog!
