I drove to 2 Cann Ranch today to pick up Sarah. Since I was leaving from Little Miss Throwsafit’s speech therapy in Grayling, I followed the directions from my GPS just in case there was a shorter way to get there than I was planning on going, which was 1-75 to West Branch to M-30. [...]

After being weekenders at our log cabin on the river, we decided to chuck it all in Toledo and move Up North full time. Now we own Gotts’ Landing Canoe Rental and Trophy Waters Fly Shop near the banks of the beautiful and historic AuSable River. Life Up North is simpler, slower, and a lot dirtier, but we love it.
